1.Essential Qualification:

3.Responsibilities:
i.This role shall respond to daily requests for information services, issue / receive books / journals, train library users to use the library catalogue, internet and other electronic resources, trace bibliographical details like ISBN, place of publication on the data sheets for the old titles to be entered into computer database and maintain necessary records.
ii.This role shall also carry out manage the book bank, provide bibliographical / documentation and binding services.

B.R.Ambedkar University Need Assistant Professor

Qualification 

i. Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. ii. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. iii.
