E.Q. i) Uniformly good academic record with B+ Master’s Degree in Library Science or B+ Master’s degree followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science,
ii) At least 10 years experience of working in administrative/management position in a Library of a University or in an Institute preferably of Post Graduate Studies,
iii) Age not less than 40 years as on 01.01.2013 which is relaxable in case of exceptionally qualified candidates.
D.Q. – i) A Doctorate Degree or published research works of similar merit,
ii) Knowledge of at least one foreign language (other than English)
G- DEPUTY LIBRARIAN:
E.Q. i) Uniformly good academic record with a B+ Master’s Degree in Library Science or a B+ master’s degree followed by a Bachelordegree in Library Science,
ii) At least 7 years experience of working in senior position like Assistant Librarian in a Library of repute, preferably, in a University or an Institute of higher learning,
iii) Age not less than 35 years as on 01.01.2013 which is relaxable in case of exceptionally qualified candidates.
D.Q.: i) A Doctorate Degree in the relevant subject or published research work of merit,
ii) Knowledge of foreign language
