Officers from the Central Government or Central Police Organization or Central Armed Police Forces or Research Institutions under Central Government holding analogous post at the time of retirement and having following educational qualification and experience ;- (i)Bachelor Degree of a recognized University; and
(ii) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Diploma in Library Science of a recognized University or Institute; and
(iii) two years professional experience in a library of Central/State Govt.
Retired Central/State Government servant holding analogous post at the time of retirement having Senior School Certificate (10 + 2 Pass) with certificate in Library Science from a recognized institute.
