1. Deputation Basis.
(a) Person holding analogous post on regular basis in Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts.
(b) The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
(c) The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other Government Organisation/department shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
2. On Re-employment on Contract basis:
(a) Ex-servicemen pensioners and civilian pensioners retired from Government services having experience of the post.
(b) Such appointment may be done for a maximum period of one year and the maximum age must not exceed 64 years or posts are filled up as per RRs on regular basis whichever is earlier.
3. Essential qualification for deputation/Reemployment on contract basis :-
(a) 10th Std passed from a recognised Institutions or board or equivalent and
(b) Experience of working at least one year in Library.
