Essential Qualification:
- Graduate from a recognised University/Institution.
- MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point), Accounts related software and proficiency in computer operations
Desirable:
Diploma / Degree in Library Science / Corporate Services with experience of two years in IT
management.
Job Description
1. Registering and updating library record keeping systems.
2. Maintain stocks of stationery, supplies and help-sheets etc.
3. Maintenance of hardware equipments & network management
4. Coordination with the vendors
5. Arranging audio-video conference calls.
6. Provide IT support in meetings.
7. Any other related work assigned
